Return and Refund Policy

Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received an item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective or unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all accessories.
Return Process
- Please visit our Contact Us page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided with your RMA number.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
